Virginia (Ginny) is a dedicated professional who is committed to serving healthcare practitioners, organizational leaders, and elderly individuals. With extensive experience in mental health, healthcare, social services, non-profit organizations, and the judicial system, she provides her clients with the tools they need to confidently manage the demands of high-stress environments.
Using a collaborative and person-centered approach, Ginny considers each individual’s mental, spiritual, social, emotional, and physical well-being. She offers tailored interventions based on the unique needs of each client and employs various therapeutic methods, including Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), the Person-Centered Approach, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). Additionally, she provides faith-based therapy for those who wish to incorporate spiritual elements into their sessions.
Ginny holds a Master’s degree in Psychology, along with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Management Information Systems. She is dedicated to lifelong learning and is currently studying Law. As a Canadian Certified Counselor with the Canadian Counseling Association, she is also pursuing registration as a Psychologist in Alberta and Queensland, Australia.
